APPLICATION	Used for the selective enrichment of Cronobacter(Enterobacter sakazakii).
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 64.6 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. Cool the sterilized culture medium to about 30 ℃, add 1 supporting reagent every 100 mL of basic culture medium, mix and set aside.
