APPLICATION	Used for presumptive identification of coliforms.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 35.0 g in 1 L of purified water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
	2. Dispense into test tubes, 10mL per tube and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. Cool to room temperature.

STORAGE	Store in a dry place away from light, tighten the cap immediately after use.
