APPLICATION	For selective enrichment of Salmonella.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 93.6 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Do not autoclave.
	2. Cool to 30℃, add 2 bottles of sodium tetrathionate brilliant green enrichment solution (one bottle of brilliant green, one bottle of iodine solution) to every 100mL of basic culture medium to make sodium tetrathionate brilliant green enrichment solution or add 2 bottles of neomycin to make MKTTn broth, and mix well.

	(Note: The culture medium with brilliant green and iodine solution should be used on the same day and cannot be heated again.)

STORAGE	Store in a dry place away from light, tighten the cap immediately after use.

PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be autoclaved at 121°C for 30 minutes and then disposed of.
	4. Pay attention to dust when weighing and wear a mask to avoid causing discomfort to the respiratory system.
