APPLICATION	Used for the selective enrichment of Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157:H7.
PREPARATION	1. Weigh 36.62 g of the medium and dissolve in 1000 mL distilled water.
	2. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
	3. After cooling to below 50°C, add filter-sterilized novobiocin solution to achieve a final concentration of 20 mg/L.

STORAGE	Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, and tighten the bottle cap immediately after use.
SHELF LIFE	Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
PRECAUTIONS	1. NOT for clinical use.
	2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy.
	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures.
