APPLICATION	Used for the selective enrichment of Cronobacter(Enterobacter sakazakii).
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 28.04 g in 1 L of distilled water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
	2. Dispense into conical flasks, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. Cooled to about 50℃, add 1ml of vancomycin to every 100ml of culture medium, mix well, and dispense into sterile test tubes, 10ml per tube, for later use.
