APPLICATION	For selective separation of Salmonella.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 63.3 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
	2. No need to autoclave, cool to about 50℃, pour into a sterilized plate, wait for it to solidify, and set aside.
