APPLICATION	For selective separation and culture of Salmonella.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 50.3 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
	2. Cool to 45-50℃, shake well, pour into a sterile plate for later use. Do not overheat or autoclave. Store in a dark place at room temperature.
