APPLICATION	Used for selective and differential isolation of Staphylococci aureus.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 111.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.
	2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into conical flasks, and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min. Cooled to about 50℃, pour into the plate.

STORAGE	Store in a dry place away from light, tighten the cap immediately after use.

	3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures.
