APPLICATION	Used for the isolation and culture of Enterobacteriaceae such as Salmonella and Shigella.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 93.8 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
PREPARATION	2. Do not overheat or autocalve, cool to 48 ℃± 2 ℃ and pour into sterile plate. After solidification, set aside.
