APPLICATlON: For selective isolation and culture of Staphylococcus aureus.

| APPLICATION | For selective isolation and culture of Staphylococcus aureus. | |
| PREPARATION | 1. Suspend 58.0 g in 950 mL of distilled water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. | |
| 2. Dispense into conical flasks, 95 mL per flask. Autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min, heat and melt the agar before use. Cool to about 50 ℃ and aseptically add 5mL of Tellurite Egg Yolk Enrichment Solution preheated to every 95 mL base medium. | ||
| 3. Mix thoroughly and pour into sterile Petri dishes. Do not store in the refrigerator for more than 48 hours before use. | ||

| STORAGE | Store in a dry place away from light, tighten the cap immediately after use. | |
| SHELF LIFE | Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years. | |
| PRECAUTIONS | 1. NOT for clinical use. | |
| 2. Do not use this product if it is lumpy. | ||
| 3. After use, all contaminated materials must be sterilized or disposed by appropriate procedures. | ||
