APPLICATION	For selective enrichment of Salmonella.
PREPARATION	1. Suspend 27.1 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.
	2.Divide into test tubes, 10 mL per tube, and autoclave it at 115 ℃ for 15min. Cool to room temperature, and set aside.
